HASAN KILCA: WE PRODUCE PROJECTS THAT WILL ADD VALUE TO OUR FUTURE

The construction of the "Traffic Training Park", started by Karatay Municipality in the county to create an entertaining training environment for children about traffic, continues. Hasan Kılca, the Mayor Karatay, who received information about the works by examining the park, said, “Our children will have fun, gain traffic awareness and have a good time with their families in our Traffic Training Park. We will continue to produce projects that will add value to the future of our county and our children.”

The construction, started by Karatay Municipality to enable children to learn traffic training fondly, continues.

The works for the park, which was built on an area of 8 thousand 900 square meters in Ulubatlı Hasan Neighbourhood and where a miniature city will be revived, accelerated with the coming of the summer months.

Within the scope of the project that will meet the needs of citizens for green space and social living space as well as providing traffic training to children, there will be a simulation center, watchtower, traffic training track, tunnel, pedestrian overpass, crossroad, pedestrian crossings, mini car parking area and cafeteria. In addition, there will be semi-open seating areas where families can relax, a bicycle path, a mini amphitheatre, an open parking area and a children's playground.

With the Traffic Training Park project, in which green areas are especially prioritized, children will learn the traffic rules by using battery-operated cars and having fun. Their families will also have an area to walk and have a good time. It is aimed to complete and put into service “Traffic Training Park, for which the works are accelerated in a short time.

Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay, also examined the park under construction and got information about the works carried out.

Hasan Kılca, the Mayor, who stated that as the Municipality, are struggling to make Karatay much more beautiful with green belts, parks, and social life areas, emphasized that both the material and nonmaterial costs of traffic accidents that occur every day are quite heavy and emphasized that the traffic culture should be gained at a younger age.

Hasan Kılca said, “As our cities develop and our population increases, the traffic problem has become a significant part of our lives. Therefore, we need to further increase our traffic training standard. The best way to do this is to give our children traffic culture from an early age. Therefore, we attach importance to our Traffic Training Project. We believe that it will contribute a lot to our children in terms of practice in the future. We hope that our park will be a stunning park where the foundation of traffic will be laid, and our families will have fun and rest. We aim to teach our children how to behave in the presence of all kinds of scenarios that they may encounter in traffic with their vehicles or on foot when they become adults, by entertaining them with traffic rules signs and signs. With the Traffic Training Park, our children will learn the traffic rules by doing, living and having fun. Our children and students will both have fun and learn in this park, due to the field of traffic training in which there exist traffic lights, crossroads, cars and all kinds of materials.
