KARATAY MUNICIPALITY TAKE ALL MEASURES FOR THE HEALTH OF CITIZEN

Karatay Municipality will meticulously carry out the works it has implemented in order for the citizens to perform the sacrifice in a healthy way during the Eid al-Adha (Sacrifice Feast) and to collect the wastes at the end of the slaughter without posing a danger to the environment and human health.

Karatay Municipality has completed its preparations for the Feast of Sacrifice, which will begin on July 16. In order for the citizens to spend the holiday in peace, all relevant units, especially the Environmental Protection Control and Municipal Police Department teams, will be on duty 24/7 to ensure that the citizens have a problem-free Eid al-Adha (Sacrifice Feast) with their on-duty teams.

ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANING TEAMS WILL BE ALARMED DURING THE HOLIDAY

Environmental Protection and Control Directorate teams have completed their preparations for the sacrificial slaughtering places determined by the Karatay Municipality. Environmental Protection and Control and Municipal Police Department teams at the victim slaughtering points will be on alert with all their vehicles, teams and equipment. The teams will carry out the cleaning and disinfection processes at the slaughter points throughout the holiday without interruption in order to prevent the victim residues and wastes from harming the environment. On the other hand, within the scope of general health and cleaning measures, citizens were asked to throw the sacrificial wastes into garbage containers with their mouths closed..

MUNICIPAL POLICE IS ON HOLIDAY WORK

Municipal Police teams will continue their work during the holiday. In these works, food outlets, meat shooting establishments and Sacrifice animal sales and slaughter points will be inspected during the feast.

Karatay Municipality Municipal Police, in a statement on the subject, stated that legal action will be taken by the inspection units in line with the relevant provisions of the misdemeanors law and the Municipal Police regulation, for those who make sacrifices and pollute the environment in their own private property, or those who make slaughter in public places illegally. And Karatay Municipality has stated that it will not be allowed to cut meat in unhygienic environments and by unlicensed persons.
