Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay, published a celebration message for Eid al-Adha.
Hasan Kılca, the Mayor, underlined the importance of unity, solidarity and sharing during the holydays, and stated that they are happy to have another Eid al-Adha with these feelings.
OUR UNITY AND SOLIDARITY SHOULD BE OUR UNITING POWER
Hasan Kılca's message for Eid al-Adha is as follows: "We are the children of a generation who ended an age and started a new one and who are devoted to their moral values. The most important values that make us who we are our power strengthened by our unity and solidarity, and our humanity with compassion that exceeds the continents. The nature of conquests extending from Asia to Europe was the conquest of hearts before cities. Our aim and priority is to win hearts and build bridges of hearts today, as it was yesterday. Holydays with such high moral values are a valuable opportunity for this. Our Eid-al-Adha, when honouring and aids are at their peak, is a generosity and full commitment indicator of our beloved nation to its roots. We should look for ways to truly feel the holiday; we must increase the taste of love, brotherhood and sharing.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO MASK, CLEANING AND DISTANCE ON HOLYDAY
We will not be able to fully enjoy our holiday by kissing the hands of our elders or hugging them as in previous years. But we know that we will embrace our loved ones with our hearts this holyday in order to protect both our own health and the health of our loved ones, and we will pay maximum attention to the measures. We will chat by keeping the holiday visits short, if possible outdoors, and by wearing masks and by keeping away from each other. This year, we should celebrate Eid-al-Adha with our hearts and souls. I hope we will leave these difficult days behind together and we will celebrate the next holidays by embracing as we wish.
I would like to celebrate the Eid-al-Adha of the whole Islamic world with these feelings and thoughts and I wish the holyday to bring health, peace, happiness and tranquillity to the world of Islam, our nation and all humanity.
