Karaaslan Picnic Garden, which was brought to the city by the Karatay Municipality, is one of the essential frequent destinations of the people of Konya due to its different concept. Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay noted that the interest in the parks in Karatay makes them happy and expressed the following; “The interest in this different park shows that we are doing the right things in meeting the needs of our fellow citizens to have a picnic in an area that they can only use.”

Karaaslan Picnic Garden, the center of attraction of the city with its different design, is the principal address for those who want to keep away from the stress of daily life and get some fresh air.

Karaaslan Picnic Garden, which has been welcoming its guests from all over the city since its service date with 454 parcels of 100 square meters each, provides an opportunity the fellow citizens in order to get away from the stress of the city and have a pleasant time with their families, especially on weekends.

The garden, where there are 454 Picnic Gardens, attracts great attention from the citizens with its barbecue areas, pergolas, toilets and landscape plants, and social facilities such as fitness and children's playground, and prayer room in the shared spaces.

OUR PICNIC GARDEN IS THE MOST PREFERRED PARK OF OUR FAMILIES

Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay,  said that the Karaaslan Picnic Garden, which was brought to Konya by the Karatay Municipality, is stormed by the citizens who took advantage of the weekend.

Hasan Kılca, the Mayor, stated that the Picnic Garden, which comes into prominence due to its different concept, is one of the most preferred places, particularly because families can have a picnic comfortably in their areas.

Hasan Kılca, who said that the interest in the parks in Karatay made them happy, mentioned the following, "We, the Karatay Municipality, are carrying out a dead-serious work this year, especially about neighborhood parks. Our teams affiliated with the Directorate of Parks and Gardens are exerting a great effort to provide better service to our fellow citizens all over our district. Our teams are working in 30 regions of our district. In our rapidly developing district, we continue our services for natural green areas, sports, and activity areas needed by our citizens, especially in summer. Our Karaaslan Picnic Garden, which draws attention with its different concepts, is an essential frequent destination of our Konya, attracting huge attention from our fellow citizens during the summer months.  In our Picnic Garden with different concept in which need of the families for a picnic in an area that they can only use, everything is available for the comfort and peace of our citizens with a barbecue area, pergola, toilet and landscaping plants, and social facilities such as fitness and children's playground and prayer room in the shared spaces. Our citizens can have a good day with their families in our Picnic Garden, which is the first in Konya. During the availability of the picnic areas, a new family can come and have a picnic.
