ASPHALT PAVING WORKS FOR 90 POINTS IN THE NEW SEASON HAS BEEN COMPLETED, MORE THAN 100 THOUSAND TONES OF HOT ASPHALT PAVEMENT WAS MADE

KILCA: WE ENDEAVOUR FOR THE BEST SERVICE TO OUR FELLOW CITIZENS

With the works carried out by the Karatay Municipality throughout the district, Karatay continues to be paved with hot asphalt.  Karatay Municipality, which aims to raise the standard of all roads in the neighbourhoods far from the center as well as in the center, has paved more than 100 thousand tons of hot-mix asphalt in just four months since the new asphalt paving season started in May. The teams, which have completed the hot-mix asphalt pavement work at 90 points of the district so far, are working hard to exceed the target of 250 thousand tons of asphalt pavement by the end of the year. Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay, underlined that they continue to work until they complete all the projects planned for this year. Citizens of Karatay are also quite pleased with the said works of the municipality.

Hot-mix asphalt mobilization in Karatay continues at full speed. In this context, Karatay Municipality, which paved 138 streets in 2019 and 226 streets in 2020 with hot-mix asphalt, also contributed to the comfortable and safe transportation of citizens with more than 350 thousand tons of hot-mix asphalt pavement in the abovementioned two years.

Karatay Municipality, which greatly attaches importance to the asphalt paving works of the industrial zones in the district, carried out more than 110 thousand square meters of hot-mix asphalt pavement work in four industrial zones only last year.

NEW ASPHALT PLANT ACCELERATES PAVING WORKS EVEN MORE

Pavement of all the roads in the district with asphalt, the infrastructure of which has been completed, Karatay Municipality has accelerated its asphalt pavement works with the introduction of the new asphalt plant with an asphalt production capacity of 240 tons per hour under proper conditions.

While the new asphalt plant, which started production with a total cost of 13 million 500 thousand TRY, enables the asphalt paving services to be performed much faster and more effectively, the new asphalt season is too busy for Karatay Municipality with the strengthening of the vehicle fleet

HOT-MIX  ASPHALT PAVEMENT OF THE 90 POINTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED IN THE LAST FOUR MONTHS

In this context, the teams of Karatay Municipality Directorate of Technical Works have completed the hot-mix asphalt pavement works at 90 points since May, the start date of new asphalt season. The teams, which have paved more than 100 thousand tons of hot asphalt with these works, are exerting great efforts to reach the 250 thousand tons of targeted asphalt paving step by step set by the municipality for this season.

CITIZENS ARE PLEASED WITH THE WORKS OF THE KARATAY MUNICIPALITY.

The residents of the neighbourhood, whose roads are paved with hot-mix asphalt, are also pleased with the works carried out by the Karatay Municipality. Citizens thanked Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay, stating that the municipal teams were working non-stop and that they could access better quality roads.

Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay, who evaluated the hot-mix asphalt paving works carried out all over the district, stated that they are working hard for the best service to the district.

Hasan Kılca, the Mayor, who underlined that they, the Karatay Municipality, announced an asphalt paving campaign in the center and all the neighbourhoods far from the center, and they carried out their work in this direction, said the following: “We are working non-stop in order to serve our district with our effort, energy, and love of service. We continue to exert every effort to add value to our district. In this context, we frequently visit all the neighbourhoods of our district and meet our headmen and residents. We identify the demands and requirements/needs of our fellow citizens in the field, take quick decisions with our teams, and put them into practice immediately. This working principle enables our services to be both more efficient and much more accurate. All our teams from the Directorate of Technical Works continue their activities at many points in our district for the asphalt paving works needed by our neighbourhoods. All our endeavours are to offer our citizens a more convenient and comfortable transportation opportunity. The standard of our roads is increasing with each passing day. We, the Municipality, are reaching step by step our targeted pavement of 250 thousand tons of asphalt for this season. Since the start of the new asphalt season in May, we have paved more than 100 thousand tons of hot-mix asphalt at 90 points, of which the infrastructure has been completed. Until the end of the year, our teams will continue to work as far as we complete all the works we have targeted for this year.”
