
RECYCLING AND ZERO WASTE PROJECTS IN KARATAY WERE INTRODUCED
Karatay Municipality attended the "ENTECH- Environmental Technologies, Recycling, and Zero Waste Fair", the only fair held in environmental technologies and zero waste field in Turkey. Karatay Municipality, which opened a stand at the fair, introduced projects related to recycling and zero waste throughout the district.
Environmental Technologies, Recycling, and Zero Waste Fair (EnTech) was opened in Istanbul CNR Expo Fair Center. Karatay Municipality also attended this important fair, which is the only one in its field in Turkey, and explained the works of the municipality on Zero Waste.
In the fair, where the works of local governments on Zero Waste will be exhibited, there were also many sections from the latest developments in the sector to innovations, from sustainable environmental technologies to brand new applications of environmentally friendly products.
Turkish Association of Municipalities and Fatma Şahin, the Mayor of Gaziantep Metropolitan, as well as many mayors, bureaucrats, and citizens, visited the stand of Karatay Municipality, which attracted great attention, and they received information from Mustafa Özsolak, the Karatay Municipality's Environmental Protection and Control Director and officials about Karatay Municipality's works on zero waste and recycling.

Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay, who stated that they opened a stand at the Environmental Technologies, Recycling and Zero Waste Fair, and explained the works carried out by the Karatay Municipality in the field of recycling and zero waste throughout the fair, said that exemplary works have been performed in this field in Karatay.
Hasan Kılca, the Mayor, stated the following; “Our target is to transform Zero Waste into a life culture throughout our district. In this direction, we have taken considerable steps and realized important projects so far. Our biggest target is to contribute to a clean environment in Karatay and to leave a very clean district for future generations with our zero waste projects that we carry out by successfully spreading them throughout our district. We will continue to do our part in this regard.”
