HASAN KILCA: WE PROVIDE THE URBAN TRANSFORMATION OF OUR KARATAY

The foundation of AKSAPARK Mass Housing Building Cooperative with 312 flats, the 42nd mass housing move established under the leadership of Karatay Municipality, was laid with a ceremony. Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay, who stated that they produced solutions for the planned urbanization of Karatay and the housing needs of the citizens, said, "We continue to make important contributions to the urban transformation of our district. We will share our two new cooperatives with the public in the upcoming days.”

The foundation of AKSAPARK Mass Housing Building Cooperative, which was established under the leadership of Karatay Municipality, was laid with a ceremony.

The groundbreaking program of AKSAPARK Mass Housing Building Cooperative, which is the 42nd mass housing move in Karatay, was attended by  Mustafa Kavuş, the Mayor of Meram, Faruk Ulular, Deputy Mayor of Selçuklu, Ali Çolak, the District Security Director, Hasan Angı, the Konya Provincial Head of AK Party, Mehmet Genç, the Karatay District Head of the AK Party,Mustafa Dolular, the Meram District Head of the AK Party,  AK Party Provincial and District Executive Board Members, and Karatay District Members of the organization, headmen and right holders of AKSAPARK  as well as Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay. 

WE CONTRIBUTE TO THE PLANNED URBANIZATION AND TRANSFORMATION OF OUR DISTRICT

In his speech at the ceremony, Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay,underlined that AKSAPARK Mass Housing Building Cooperative is the 42nd mass housing move implemented in the district under the leadership of Karatay Municipality.

Mayor Hasan Kılca used the following statements; “While we continue to provide solutions to the planned urbanization of our Karatay and the housing needs of our fellow citizens, we also make significant contributions to the urban transformation of our district. In this context, we realized the AKSAPARK Project, which was established under the leadership of our municipality, and got its applications. Due to the pandemic we have, we determined our members by drawing lots for our cooperative in digital environments, before a notary public. Our cooperative, which consists of 312 flats in total, consists of an area of ​​​​approximately 25 thousand square meters. I believe that our cooperative, which will include green areas, sports fields, landscaping, park and recreation areas, and a closed parking lot, will contribute to the acceleration of the prestige of our district. In our Mass Housing Building Cooperative, our project will consist of 26 blocks, each will be 6-storey.  There will be 216 3+1 flats of 139 square meters and 96 2+1 flats of 114 to 90 square meters in the project. With our project, we provide the opportunity to accelerate the regular and safe construction in our district, encourage new private sector initiatives and provide our citizens with much more comfortably spacious and comfortable living spaces. We aim to prepare our Karatay for a much better future in the best manner.”

Hasan Kılca, the Mayor, who recalled that they have made a great contribution to the transformation of the district with the mass housing moves they established under the leadership of the municipality, gave a piece of good news about two new mass housing cooperatives.

Mayor Hasan Kılca concluded his speech as follows; “Our mass housing moves are not limited to these. I hope we will announce our cooperatives, for which we have agreed on two separate points, in the upcoming days. Whatever we do for Karatay is less. Karatay is a district with a deep-rooted history. Adhering to our past, we will continue to work harder to carry out our transformations with firm steps, realize our planned urbanization projects calculatedly and ensure the sustainability of all these works. While laying the foundation of AKSAPARK Mass Housing Construction Cooperative, which was established under the leadership of our municipality with these feelings and thoughts, I wish once again the best wishes for our project.  I would like to thank our ministers, vice presidents, deputies, provincial and district organizations, council members, and headmen who have always supported us in our work. We will continue to produce many more works and services as long as this harmony between us continues. May my Lord always keep our effort and excitement alive, may my Lord increase our enthusiasm to serve our country.”

IT IS NOT ENOUGH FOR US TO WORK HARD, WE ALSO NEED TO WORRY

Faruk Ulular, the Deputy Mayor of Selcuklu, congratulated Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay, who brought a new mass housing move to Karatay, wishing the project to bring good luck, while Mustafa Kavuş, the Mayor of Meram, said, “It is not enough for us to work or work hard, but also to worry. 

We, the district mayors who serve our city, also sleep with our district and wake up with our district, because there is so much work to be done that we act with the understanding that our citizens deserve the best and the finest, and we strive to provide the most service during our tenure. Despite the situation in the world markets and the increase in construction materials, we are constantly producing new projects, especially in the central district municipalities, so that the private sector will be paved for, our neighborhoods will be transformed and the landowners will find their new homes. Hasan Angı, the Konya Provincial Head of AK Party, said that Konya municipalities have accomplished important and nice works.

After the speeches, the foundation of AKSAPARK Mass Housing Building Cooperative, which was brought to life in Kumköprü Neighbourhood, Küçük Kumköprü Avenue, was laid by the members of the protocol with the prayers.
