HASAN KILCA: OUR DUTY IS TO ENGRAVE THE NAMES OF EACH OF OUR MARTYRS IN OUR HEARTS

The multi-purpose Divanlar Şehit Muharrem Öksüz Social Facility, built by Karatay Municipality in the distal Divanlar District, has been put into service with a ceremony. Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Kartaay, who emphasized that they, the Karatay Municipality, continue to provide the best services in many fields, from infrastructure and superstructure works to social and cultural projects, from education to health, said; “We named our facility after Infantry Muharrem Öksüz, who was martyred in a malicious attack in Hakkari in 2015. Our duty is to engrave the names of each of our martyrs in our hearts,"

The multi-purpose Divanlar Şehit Muharrem Öksüz Social Facility, built by Karatay Municipality and gained to the distal Divanlar District, opened.

The  Şehit Muharrem Öksüz Social Facility,  costing TRY 1 million 250 thousand in total together with the landscaping works, was designed on an area of ​​273 square meters and there are many more sections such as a multi-purpose hall, social life spaces, and classrooms within the social facility

WE ARE HAPPY TO PUT OUR FACILITY AT THE DISPOSAL OF OUR FELLOW CITIZENS

In his speech at the ceremony held for the opening of the facility, he said that they, the Karatay Municipality, continue to provide the best service in many fields from infrastructure and superstructure works to social and cultural projects, from education to health.

 Mayor Hasan Kılca stated the following; “We design all the projects we will implement for our district in line with the demands and suggestions of our citizens and the sensitivities of our region, and we strive to complete the construction of our investment as soon as possible. Our social facility, which we opened jointly today, has been elaborately realized for this purpose. We are happy to have completed this social facility in our Divanlar Neighbourhood, which will host the Qur'an Course and many other events, and to have left the facility to the children and youth of our neighborhood. We cost it a total of TRY 1 million 250 thousand, together with the landscaping, of our social facility, which we built on an area of ​​273 square meters. There are many more sections such as a multi-purpose hall, social life spaces, and classrooms in the facility.”

Hasan Kılca emphasized that they named the facility after Infantry  Muharrem Öksüz, martyred in Hakkari in 2015, and said that the facility has another very special meaning for them in this respect.

Kilca said, “We named our facility after Infantry Muharrem Öksüz, the son of our Divanlar neighborhood, who was martyred in a malicious attack in Dağlıca, Hakkari in 2015. I hereby wish Allah's mercy to all our martyrs, especially our Martyr Muharrem Öksüz, who are grateful to give their lives for the sake of the country and the flag, and I wish once again my condolences and patience to their families and heroic comrades in arms. May our martyrs rest in peace. I commemorate all our martyrs with respect, love, mercy, and gratitude. I wish our veterans a quick recovery from my God. Of course, our martyrs are plates of honor for all of us, each one of our medals of honor, pride, and pride. No matter who we are, the administrators or citizens, we have to engrave the names of each of our martyrs in our hearts. We, the Karatay Municipality, will continue to keep the names of our martyrs alive both in our hearts and in our works. With the permission of Allah, we will do our best to protect the trust left behind by our Martyrs. I would like to take this opportunity to thank every one of our council members for taking the very special decision of naming our facility, which we opened together, after our martyr. Hopefully, the prayers and Quran that our children will read every day in our facility will be sent to the souls of all our martyrs”.

After the speeches, Divanlar Şehit Muharrem Öksüz Social Facility was put into service with prayers. After the opening, the members of the protocol toured the facility and made observations.
